Join us Wednesday, September 13 at 3pm for our Library Exchange Open House. What is the Library Exchange you ask? It is our little library of seeds, recipes, herbs and spices, and items for the community. Do you have extra seeds that you didn't plant this spring or extra new hygiene items? Maybe you bought a flavor of granola bars for the kids that they didn't like, or you have more pairs of gloves than you know what to do...

The Library Board of Trustees will be having their meeting on September 25th, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the Keyser Library. These meetings are open to the public.

Have you seen the thrifted paintings being embellished with creepy ghosts, big pumpkins and colonies of bats, all over social media? Well, we have, and we couldn't love it more! So, we collected some thrifted paintings, and we are inviting you to join us for a Thrifted Ghost Paint Night on Friday September 29th from 6-8pm. This will be for adults only. Call the library at 304-788-3222 to reserve your spot. Monetary donations will be accepted and appreciated.
Join the Mineral County Library Association and the Keyser Volunteer Fire Department for a special Bingo! All proceeds will go to the benefit of both the library and the fire department. You can purchase tickets from KVFD and the Burlington, Fort Ashby, and Keyser Libraries. Ticket Cost: Advanced $25, At the Door $30 Date: Saturday, September 30th Time: Doors open at 3pm. Banned Books Week was launched in 1982 in response to a sudden surge in the number of challenges to books in libraries, bookstores, and schools.
