Our Summer Reading Program ended last week, and many thank you’s are in order!
The City of Keyser for use of West End Park for three events (Kick Off Party, Art in the Park, and our Closing Awards).
The Lifestyle Fitness Center for use of their facility for our Nature Stations event.
The Indie On Main for the use of their lobby for our Pet Expo event.
Susan Parker of the WV Department of Environmental Protection for planning and running our Nature Stations event.
Cheryl Nguyen from Mountainview Veterinary Services for speaking to the kids about pet care for our Pet Expo event.
Dinah Courrier & Food for Thought for provided many packed lunches for the kids.
Kirk Kesner & Fox’s Pizza Den in Keyser for providing pizza for our Closing Awards.
Rachel Del Signore from Potomac State College for volunteering at all but one event.
Chris Clayton from Keyser Middle School for volunteering for two events.
Library Staff: Heather Haynes, Beth Allee, Jill Gardner, Mary Beth Mowen, Jodi Ewell, Kiki Tolias, and Dea Clayton.
Miss Alysa, Miss Monica, and Miss Stephanie of the Catamount Children’s Center for joining us every week and participating as a class.
And a big thank you to all the children & parents/guardians who participated by reading books and coming to events. We couldn’t have a Summer Reading Program without you, so please join us again next year for Summer Reading 2022: Oceans of Possibilities!
